TWO-WEEKEND IN-PERSON COURSE IN SACRAMENTO

The course builds on earlier course work, applying agile principles to a wide range of policy and program arenas, including but not limited to: Transportation Infrastructure, Public Health, Human Resources, Infrastructure, and Emergency Management. 

The course builds on earlier course work, applying agile principles to a wide range of policy and program arenas, including but not limited to: Transportation Infrastructure, Public Health, Human Resources, Infrastructure, and Emergency Management. 

The course draws on the extensive first-hand experience of faculty in state, county, and regional governance. The topics include product mindset, process re-engineering, data-driven decision-making, making a policy idea a reality, and operationalizing governance through budgets, contracts and personnel.

Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., October 11-12 and October 18-19
